Through our experience, we have found that the number one driver of this success is based on great customer experience. Great customer experience is not only about face to face contact between staff and customers, but includes all operations from back of house to the actual customer
experience.
We focus on training owners and management on areas such as operations, staff management and customer relations, to ensure that your establishment runs ‘like a well-oiled machine’.
We spend time monitoring operations and flows, so that we can determine where we need to direct our focus. We will dedicate the required time to the various areas we feel need attention. Consulting agreements are for a minimum of 3 weeks, as we use the ‘Secret Shopper strategy’ in the first week, and then we prepare our assessments to share with you, followed by training.
We contract our services for store openings, operating stores and hotels.
